Welcome to Tim Mack Pole Vault Coaching

Tim Mack is coaching pole vaulters in Knoxville, Tn.. He will have indoor and outdoor camps. You now have an opportunity to learn from the 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist and Former Olympic Record Holder.

You will learn the specifics of the run and pole carry as well as how to plant the pole efficiently. You will learn what do as you jump off the ground as well as how to swing and finish a jump. You will also learn how to train your mind for success. You will get a 12-week training program that covers all aspects of training. You will also get a motivational dvd and mental training cd to help you with your journey.

You will learn that being great does have to be by chance. You will learn that anything is possible through knowledge, hard work, determination, and a relentless will!
